Update the sub-logger MODE settings [#10]

These were previously [log] settings, named after the sub-logger, like
ROUTER and ACCESS, but have now been replaced with MODE in sub-logger
groups.

ROUTER -> logger.router.MODE
ACCESS -> logger.access.MODE

Fixes #10
